Files and video links
VideoTools sends uploaded files and submitted video URLs to its backend to perform the requested operation. Uploaded files, downloaded media and generated outputs can be stored temporarily on the server. Processing is not limited to your browser.
Temporary storage and cleanup
The application attempts to remove uploaded input files after processing. An hourly cleanup task removes eligible job files after jobs are more than one hour old and checks for orphaned files older than two hours. These are cleanup targets, not a guarantee of deletion at an exact time: service interruptions or failed cleanup can delay removal. Download your result promptly; this service is not permanent storage.
Analytics and browser storage
The site loads Google Analytics and records usage events such as page views and tool activity. Browser local storage holds a theme preference and a generated session identifier. Hosting and service providers may also process request data needed to deliver the site. Clearing browser storage removes the locally saved values.
